I can also print directly onto blank Bicycle playing cards in a special print shop I am working with. If you choose more than one card to be printed the price per different card however will drop. This is by far the cheapest possibility, but with this kind of printing process you will get the same card 400 times, printing a whole deck will not be possible in this small quantity.
If talking about printing the same cards in larger quantity the best possibility is to print the cards in Haicicle quality in a German playing card company together with other cards on one printing sheet at the same time. Or a single poker deck with a custom back, logo etc I am often asked if I would be able to print, for instance, business cards on playing card stock or specific gaffed cards in larger quantities (>100).
